摘  要:目的提出石化分析化验室通风防毒系统的设计并对其效果进行评价。方法选择某石化化验室作为治理对象,在对其改造前职业病危害因素和通风防毒设施效果检测的基础上,设计高效变风量通风系统并进行实施,对改造后通风防毒设施的效果进行评价。结果变风量通风系统在不同工况下均能保证排风柜面风速稳定达到(0.5±0.1)m/s,万向罩罩口风速≮0.5 m/s,排风柜流量的精度在3%以内,响应时间<3 s,典型毒物的浓度小于职业接触限值。结论变风量通风系统具有系统稳定、精度高,反应速度快等优点,能满足石化企业大型化验室毒物的高效控制,有效降低作业人员的职业健康风险。In order to design and evaluate the ventilation and anti-virus system of petrochemical analysis laboratory,a petrochemical laboratory was selected as the treatment object.Based on the detection of the occupational hazard factors and the effect of ventilation and anti-virus facilities before the transformation,the high-efficiency VAV ventilation system was designed and implemented,and the effect of ventilation and anti-virus facilities after the transformation was evaluated.The VAV ventilation system can ensure the stable wind speed of the exhaust cabinet under different working conditions to(0.50±1)m/s,the wind speed of universal hood mouth is≮0.5 m/s,the accuracy of exhaust hood flow is within 3%,the response time is less than 3 s,and the concentration of typical poisons is less than the occupational exposure limit.The VAV ventilation system has the advantages of stable system,high precision and fast reaction speed,which can meet the high-efficiency control of poisons in large laboratories of petrochemical enterprises and effectively reduce the occupational health risk of workers.
