摘  要:针对中国石油行业数字化油田需求,可将传感器永久埋入井中,用于长期监测生产井中井下流体和套管附近地层状态,但井下永久传感器供电电池的电量会随时间推移而消耗殆尽。如果能够周期性地通过套管给电池充电,将能够较好地解决电池的充电问题。提出了井下过套管超声波无线能量传输系统模型,论述了金属厚度、超声波频率和声压透射率三者之间的关系。设计了井下过套管超声波无线能量传输系统的发射能量模块和接收能量模块,搭建了无线能量传输系统实验装置,并开展了4组不同厚度下能量传输实验。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现井下过套管无线能量传递,在接收端可获得瞬时最大接收功率0.984 W,为井下永久电子测量设备的供电提供了一种解决方案。In response to the digital oilfield demand proposed by the Chinese petroleum industry,sensors can be permanently embedded in the well for long-term monitoring the underground fluid and formation status near casing,but the energy of the downhole permanent sensor battery will be exhausted over time.If the battery can be charged periodically through the bushing,it will be able to solve the battery charging problem better.This paper proposes a downhole through casing wireless energy transmission system of ultrasonic wave model for above problem,and discusses the relationship among metal thickness,ultrasonic frequency and sound pressure transmittance.The transmitting energy module and the receiving energy module of the downhole through casing wireless energy transmission system of ultrasonic wave are designed,the wireless energy transmission system experimental device is built,and four groups of energy transmission experiments under different thicknesses are carried out.The experiment results show that the system can realize the wireless energy transmission through the casing downhole,and the instantaneous maximum received energy at the receiving end is 0.984 W,which provides a solution for the power supply of permanent downhole electronic measurement equipment.
