摘 要:对巴西剑麻纤维的生物酶脱胶工艺进行了研究。测试了剑麻原麻和脱胶后剑麻纤维的白度、细度、断裂强度和残胶率等指标。测试结果表明,果胶酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶复配比为1∶4∶4,复合酶用量为100 g/L,酶处理液温度为50℃,酶处理时间为4 h时,残胶率最低,对剑麻白度、细度、断裂强度影响最小。剑麻脱胶后可纺性提高。The biological enzyme degumming process of sisal fiber made from Brazil was studied. The whiteness, fineness, breaking strength and residual gum rate of raw sisal hemp and degummed sisal fiber were tested. The test results showed that when the ratio of pectinase, hemicellulase and laccase was 1∶4∶4, the amount of pectinase, hemicellulase and laccase was 100 g/L, the temperature of the enzyme treatment solution was 50 ℃, and the time of enzyme treatment was 4 h, the residual gum rate was the lowest, and the effect on the whiteness, fineness and breaking strength of the sisal fiber was the least, and the spinnability of the sisal fiber was improved.
