摘 要:采用PCB(printed circuit board)工艺的平面电涡流式传感器,可以实现较小的传感器厚度、较复杂的线圈形状、较好的批量一致性,因而该类型的传感器较绕线型传感器具有诸多优势。不过,传感器的制造、安装、引线、信号处理等环节不理想时,极易产生短周期1次和2次误差。针对上述问题,结合传感器的测量原理和信号处理方法,开展了短周期误差产生机理的研究,并提出了相应的抑制方法。通过对比样机的初始实验和误差抑制实验,验证了传感器短周期1次和2次误差来源分析的正确性以及抑制方法的有效性。实验结果表明,1次和2次误差的抑制方法使短周期误差峰-峰值均减小了约1/3。Planar angle sensors based on eddy current effect fabricated with PCB(printed circuit board)technique can have small thickness,complex coil shapes and good unity in mass manufacture,so they have many advantages compared with winding-based sensors.However,the sensors have much possibility to encounter first-order and second-order short-period errors when any stage,such as fabrication,installment,wire connection,signal processing,is not as good as desired.In order to solve above described problems,combining with the working principle and signal processing method,the mechanism of short period error was studied and suppression methods were put forward.By comparing the initial experiment of the prototype with the error suppression experiment,it is verified that the analysis about the sources of first-order and second-order short-period errors and the suppression methods are valid.Experimental results show that short-period error decreased by 1/3 under the suppression of first-order and second-order short-period error.
