摘  要:为了实时有效地控制飞行时间质谱仪的各工作模块,简化各系统之间的通讯方式,提出了基于CAN总线的测控网络,各模块集成了微处理器和CAN总线接口,作为CAN总线中的节点,在仪器内部实现点对点的数据传输,从而提高了仪器的可扩展性。此外,为给飞行时间质谱仪分析器提供连续可调、均匀稳定的高精度电场,提出了一种模块化、小型化的电源系统设计方案,该方案使用数模转换芯片实现输出电压的数字化控制,通过线性差值优化了电源的性能。将其配合自制的飞行时间质谱仪对实际样品进行测试。结果表明:采用该方案的飞行时间质谱仪控制系统稳定、可靠,分析器电源系统控制精度满足仪器设计要求。In order to control the working modules of the time-of-flight mass spectrometer in real time and simplify the communication between these systems,a measurement and controlling network based on CAN bus was proposed in this paper.Each module integrated microprocessor and CAN bus.As the node of CAN bus,the point-to-point data transmission was realized,which improved the scalability of the instrument.In addition,a modular and miniaturized power supply system was proposed to provide a continuously adjustable,high precision and uniform stable electric field for the time-of-flight mass spectrometer analyzer.In the system,the digital-analog conversion chip was used to realize the digital control of the output voltage,and the performance of the power supply was optimized through the linear difference.The actual samples were tested with an in-house fabricated time-of-flight mass spectrometer,and the results show that the time-of-flight mass spectrometer control system adopted in this scheme is stable and reliable,and the accuracy of the power supply system meets the design requirements of the instrument.
