摘　　要：针对电阻焊特别是铝合金点焊过程中测量电极压力变化的难点,设计了基于压电传感器的电阻焊压力采集系统,通过压电传感器测量设备在焊接过程中的微小变形,实现间接测量电极压力变化的目的。该系统以国产MCU为核心,结合积分采集电路实现了对电荷信号的采集和提取,系统具备RS422、以太网、WiFi的连接方式,可以方便地实现与其他系统的连接。Aiming at the difficulty of measuring electrode pressure change in resistance welding,especially in aluminum alloy spot welding process,a pressure acquisition system based on piezoelectric sensor was designed.The purpose of indirectly measuring electrode pressure variation was realized through the tiny deformation of piezoelectric sensor measuring equipment in the welding process.The system took domestic MCU as the core,and combined with integral acquisition circuit to realize the collection and extraction of charge signal.The system has RS422,Ethernet,WiFi connection mode,which can be easily connected with other systems.
