摘　　要：试验在不同水平(16.0%、18.5%、21.0%)酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的饲粮中添加不同剂量(0、1.0%、1.5%)的酵母培养物(YC),探究饲粮ADF含量、YC添加剂量和两者间互作效应对山羊瘤胃体外发酵效果的影响。结果显示,随着饲粮中ADF水平的降低,30 h发酵液中乙酸、丙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)均显著提高(P<0.05)。添加YC能够增加30 h 18.5%与21.0%ADF组发酵液中乙酸、丙酸与TVFA含量,但均显著低于16.0%ADF饲粮组(P<0.05)。饲粮中ADF含量与YC添加剂量的互作效应对于发酵液pH值、乙酸、NH3-N与产气量有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究表明,YC剂量对于16.0%ADF饲粮影响无明显影响,添加1.0%相比于1.5%剂量YC能够促进18.5%与21.0%ADF饲粮组体外瘤胃发酵。The experiment aimed to explore the effect of different ADF level(16.0%,18.5%,21.0%),YC dose and the interaction between ADF and YC on the rumen fermentation in vitro by researching different levels of acid detergent fiber(ADF)supplemented with different levels of yeast culture(YC 0,1.0%,1.5%).The results showed that with the decrease of the ADF in the diet,the content of acetic acid,propionic acid,total volatile fatty acid(TVFA)were significantly increased(P<0.05)on 30 h.Diet with 18.5%and 21.0%ADF supplemented with YC significantly increased the content of acetic acid,propionic acid and TVFA on 30 h,however,significantly lower than that in 16.0%ADF diet groups(P<0.05).The interaction effect of ADF and YC significantly affected the pH value,acetic acid,NH_(3)-N and gas production(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the YC dose has no significant effect on the 16.0%ADF diet.Diet(18.5%and 21.0%ADF)supplemented with 1.0%YC can promote the rumen fermentation better when compared with 1.5%YC.
