摘 要:试验研究富硒青稞秸秆短期饲喂对奶牛产奶量、乳成分、全血和牛奶硒含量的影响。选择12头体重(400±25)kg、胎次(5±1)次、泌乳天数(223±25)d、产奶量(11.3±1.6)kg的奶牛,随机分为2组,每组6头牛。对照组每头奶牛基础日粮包括精混饲料(TMR)10kg和普通青稞秸秆12.5kg,试验组使用1.8kg富硒青稞秸秆替代等量普通青稞秸秆,预试期10d,正式试验期30d。结果显示,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠300gSe/hm^(2)可以极显著提高青稞籽粒和秸秆硒含量(P<0.01)。第20d和第30d,与对照组相比,试验组奶牛全血硒含量显著提高(P<0.05)。第30d,与对照组相比,试验组牛奶硒含量极显著提高(P<0.01),牛奶硒含量提高至0.020mg/L。试验表明,依托硒生物强化措施,有望构建西藏的富硒牛奶生产模式。The experiment studied the effect of short-term feeding selenium(Se)-enriched barley straws on milk production,milk composition,whole blood and milk selenium content of Holstein cows in Tibet.12 healthy dairy cows with similar body weight(400±25)kg,parity 5±1,lactation period(223±25)d,and milk yield(11.3±1.6)kg were randomly divided into two groups with six cows in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet including 10kg of concentrated feed(TMR)and 12.5kg of naked barley straw grown without Se application,while each cow in the treatment group received the basal diet plus 1.8kg Se-enriched naked barley straws.The pre-test period lasted for 10 d,and the trial period lasted for 30d.The results showed that the Se concentration of naked barley grain and straw was extremly increased with foliar spraying sodium selenite 300g Se/hm^(2)(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the Se content of the whole blood was significantly increased(P<0.05)at the 20th and 30th day in the treatment group.Compared with the control group,the milk Se content in the treatment group was extremly increased at the 30th(P<0.01),and the content of Se in milk was increased to 0.020 mg/L.The experiment indicates that it is expected to build a model of seleniumenriched milk production by selenium biofortification in Tibet.
