摘  要:试验研究不同粗蛋白水平饲粮对1~28日龄云岭红肉鸡体尺性状和屠宰性能的影响。采用单因素试验设计,将180只健康、体重相近的1日龄云岭红肉鸡随机分成5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只鸡(公、母各半)。各组肉鸡日粮粗蛋白水平分别为18.0%、19.0%、20.0%、21.0%和22.0%,饲喂28 d。结果显示,21%蛋白组公鸡的胸深显著高于22%蛋白组(P<0.05)。19%蛋白组公鸡的胸宽显著低于18%蛋白组(P<0.05)。20%蛋白组公鸡的龙骨长显著高于18%、19%、22%蛋白组(P<0.05)。20%蛋白组公鸡的体高显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。19%和22%蛋白组公鸡的骨盆宽显著低于18%蛋白组(P<0.05)。18%、20%、21%蛋白组母鸡的胸深显著高于22%蛋白组(P<0.05)。20%蛋白组母鸡的体高显著高于18%蛋白组(P<0.05)。20%蛋白组母鸡的胫围显著高于21%蛋白组(P<0.05)。21%蛋白组母鸡的骨盆宽极显著高于19%和20%蛋白组(P<0.01)。18%、19%、20%蛋白组母鸡的屠宰率显著高于22%蛋白组(P<0.05)。18%蛋白组母鸡的半净膛率显著高于22%蛋白组(P<0.05)。22%蛋白组母鸡的腿肌率显著高于19%蛋白组(P<0.05)。22%蛋白组母鸡的肾脏指数显著高于21%蛋白组(P<0.05)。19%和20%蛋白组母鸡的胸腺指数显著高于18%蛋白组(P<0.05)。试验表明,1~28日龄云岭红肉鸡在20%粗蛋白水平饲粮条件下,其生长发育性能较好。The experiment was to study the effect of diets with different crude protein levels on the body size characters and slaughter performance of Yunling red broiler chickens aged 1~28 d. Single factor experiment design was used with180 health, similar weight of one day age Yunling red broilers which were randomly divided into five groups, with three replicates in each group and 12 broiler in each replicate(half in male and female). The dietary crude protein levels of broilers in each group were 18.0%, 19.0%, 20.0%, 21.0% and 22.0%, and breeding period for 28 d. The results showed that the breast depth of cock in 21% protein group was significantly higher than that of 22% protein group(P<0.05). The breast width of cock in 19% protein group was significantly lower than that of 18% protein group(P<0.05). The keel length of cock in 20% protein group was significantly higher than that of 18% protein group, 19% protein group and 22%protein group(P<0.05). The body height of cock in 20% protein group was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.05). The pelvic width of cock in the 19% protein group and 22% protein group was significantly lower than that of 18% protein group(P<0.05). The breast depth of the hens in 18% protein group, 20% protein group and 21% protein group was significantly higher than that of 22% protein group(P<0.05). The body height of the hens in 20% protein group was significantly higher than that of 18% protein group(P<0.05). The tibia circumference of the hens in 20% protein group was significantly higher than that of 21% protein group(P<0.05). The pelvic width of the hens in 21%protein group was extremely higher than that of 19% protein group and 20% protein group(P<0.01). The slaughter rate of hens in 18% protein group, 19% protein group and 20% protein group was significantly higher than that of 22% protein group(P<0.05).
