摘 要:为探讨番茄渣与玉米秸秆调制混合青贮、番茄渣覆盖秸秆青贮和番茄渣添加全混合发酵饲粮对青贮发酵品质及营养特性的影响,以番茄渣、玉米秸秆25:75比例调制混合青贮以及覆盖青贮。添加5%、10%、15%、20%发酵番茄渣调制全混合饲粮发酵青贮。30d后测定发酵品质及营养成分。结果显示,与玉米秸秆单贮相比,25:75比例搅拌混贮或分层混贮的含水量显著增高(P<0.05),pH值显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸、总酸、粗蛋白(CP)含量显著提高(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。番茄渣TMR青贮的乳酸、总酸含量随番茄渣比例的增加而升高,但15%组、20%组青贮的含水量大于65%,不满足发酵成功条件。试验表明,分层混贮操作简单,具有推广价值。以5%~10%比例添加番茄渣TMR青贮的发酵品质及保存性较好,随着番茄渣的添加比例TMR青贮的CP含量显著提高(P<0.05)。To explore the effect of tomato pomace and corn stalk mixed silage, tomato pomace layered corn stalk silage,and tomato pomace added in diet on the fermentation quality and nutritional characteristics of silage, mixed silage and layered mixed silage were prepared with tomato pomace and corn stalks at a ratio of 25∶75. Adding 5%, 10%, 15%, and20% fermented tomato pomace to total mixed ration were moditifed mixed silage. After 30 d, the fermentation quality and nutrients were measured. The results showed that compared with the single storage of corn stalks, the moisture content of25∶ 75 ratio mixed storage or layered mixed storage increased significantly(P<0.05), and the pH value decreased significantly(P<0.05), the content of lactic acid, total acid, and CP increased significantly(P<0.05), NDF and ADF contents were significantly reduced(P<0.05). The lactic acid and total acid content of tomato pomace TMR silage increased with the increase of the proportion of tomato residue, but the water content of the 15%, 20% group was higher than 65%, which did not meet the conditions for successful fermentation. The experiment indicates that the simple operation of layered mixed, possessed of popularization and application value. The fermentation quality and preservation of TMR silage with tomato pomace added at a ratio of 5% to 10% are better, the CP content of TMR silage increased significantly with the addition of tomato pomace(P<0.05).
