摘 要:为适应新疆地区林间套种的种植模式,通过对国内外花生生产机械化和摘果特性的调查,自行研制了双滚筒花生摘果秧柄打捆一体机。为了获取切流双滚筒脱粒分离装置的结构方式和工作参数,在试验机上进行滚筒不同转速、不同摘果间隙和不同喂入口倾角的脱粒分离性能试验,得出影响花生摘果指标的主次因素和各因素的显著水平。试验结果表明:该机作业性能良好,在喂入量为1.8kg/s、机组前进速度为1~1.5km/s的前提下,双滚筒的转速为450r/min、摘果间隙35mm和喂入口倾角10°时,摘净率为98.21%,破碎率为0.82%。In order to adapt to the xinjiang region forest intercropped planting mode,through to the mechanization of peanut production at home and abroad and the characteristics of the picking fruit,this unit was developed by double drum peanut picking fruit plants handle and baling machine for cutting flow double drum structure mode and working parameters of threshing separation device in testing machine roller speed,picking fruit clearance,and different feeding entrance Angle of threshing separation performance test,indicates that the primary and secondary factors affecting peanut picking fruit index and the significant level of various factors.The test results show that the machine has good operation performance.Under the premise that the feed volume is 1.8kg/s and the unit's forward speed is 1-1.5km/s,the rotation speed of the two rollers is 450r/min,the picking clearance is 35mm and the feeding inlet inclination angle is 10°.The results showed that the extraction rate was 98.21%and the crushing rate was 0.82%.
