摘 要:以小麦种子收获过程为研究对象,在现有小麦收获机的基础上,综合考虑小麦种子收获存在的种子留滞、破损率高、收获损失大及混种等问题,设计了一种结构紧凑、质量轻、功率消耗低、操作简单的小麦种子收获机,适用于小面积、隔离带窄的种子培育试验田,可实现一次性完成小麦种子收割、脱粒及清选作业。新型小麦种子收获机,采用梳脱的方式对小麦种子进行收获,采用脱粒装置、扬谷器及清选装置综合完成小麦种子收获过程。仿真分析表明:设计的小麦种子收获机实现了小麦种子收获,为小麦种子收获自动化提供了参考依据。Taking the wheat seed harvesting process as the research object,this paper designs a compact,light weight,low power consumption and simple operation wheat seed harvester based on the existing wheat harvester,taking into account the problems of seed retention,high breakage rate,large loss of harvest and mixing in wheat seed harvesting,which is suitable for seed cultivation experiments with small area and narrow isolation band.The field can realize wheat seed harvesting,threshing and cleaning at one time.A new type of wheat seed harvester was designed.The wheat seed harvesting was carried out by combing.Threshing device,grain lifter and cleaning device were used to complete the wheat seed harvesting process.The simulation analysis shows that the newly designed wheat seed harvester can complete the wheat seed harvesting process and provide a reference for wheat seed harvesting automation.
