单叶轮级桑树农药喷雾机设计与试验

摘　　要：设计的风送式农药喷雾机为单叶轮级,风机叶轮的直径为4000mm,且在风机转速大于1300r/min时,喷雾机的风量大于1m^(3)/s。经试验测试发现:当样机升降、伸缩、旋转的执行时间为50.3、50.4、25.5s、工作压力为0.4MPa及风机转速为1400r/min时,雾化器的不同喷头之间的喷雾量差异性比较小;雾滴的粒径在样机测试过程中呈现为喷头处集中,然后变大,最后变小的规律;垂直雾量测试分布区间为1~2.4 m,样机的整体雾量分布相对均匀。实际测试中选用的是叶面指数为37.6的非洲茉莉,测试效果良好,其树冠层内部的树叶正反面药液涵盖率基本一致,为12.77%和9.74%;最小雾滴数为47滴/cm^(2),远远大于通用试验中的为20滴/cm^(2)。该风送式农药喷雾机完全可以满足林果业的实际需求,可作为林果业药液喷洒的新装备。The wind driven pesticide sprayer designed in this paper is single leaf wheel,and its fan impeller is directly 4000mm,and when the fan speed is greater than 1300r/min,the air volume of the sprayer is greater than 1m3/s.After a series of tests,it was found that when the operation time of the lifting,stretching and rotating of the prototype was divided into 50.3s,50.4s and 25.5s,when the working pressure was 0.4MPa and the fan speed was 1400r/min,the difference of the spray quantity between the different nozzles of the nebulizer was relatively small;for the droplet size,it appeared as a concentration at the sprinkler head,and then became bigger and finally smaller.Law:the vertical fog test distribution range is 1-2.4m,and the overall fog distribution of the prototype is relatively uniform;in the actual test,African jasmine with a leaf index of 37.6 is selected,and the test effect is good.The coverage of the positive and negative side of the leaves in the canopy is basically the same,which is divided into 12.77%and 9.74%,and the minimum number of fog drops is 47 drops/cm^(2),which is far greater than the 20 drops/cm^(2) in the general experimental method.Therefore,the wind driven pesticide sprayer designed in this paper can fully meet the actual needs of the forestry and fruit industry,and can be used as a new equipment for spraying the fruit liquid.
