摘  要:静压是库尔勒香梨损伤中的一个重要形式,但对库尔勒香梨静压损伤程度的量化需亟待解决。为此,以库尔勒香梨为试验材料,对不同采摘期的库尔勒香梨进行静压损伤试验,依据电学特性测量库尔勒香梨静压后的电学参数,探究不同采摘时间变形量与损伤面积的关系,构建不同成熟度下库尔勒香梨电学参数值与损伤面积的数学模型,提出了一种基于电学特性的损伤程度量化评价方法。结果表明:在同一压缩变形量下库尔勒香梨成熟度越高,电学参数变化越显著,其损伤面积也越大。库尔勒香梨的电学参数变化值可表征其损伤面积,库尔勒香梨的损伤程度可由其损伤面积来表征,且库尔勒香梨电学参数变化值与损伤面积之间关系的数学方程均符合y=ax^(2)+bx+c模型。该模型可以实现不同成熟度下库尔勒香梨损伤程度的量化,为库尔勒香梨损伤程度的快速测量提供理论指导。Static pressure is an important form in the damage of Korla pear,but the quantification of the damage degree of Korla fragrant pear still needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,the experimental materials of Korla fragrant pear,the different harvest period of Korla fragrant pear static damage experiment was carried out,on the basis of electrical properties measurement Korla fragrant pear after static electrical parameters,explore the relationship between deformation and the damage area of different harvest time,build the Korla fragrant pear electrical parameter values under different maturity and the damage area of the mathematical model,the mathematical model of electrical parameter value and damage area of Korla fragrant pear under different maturity was constructed.The results showed that the higher the maturity of Korla fragrant pear,the more significant the variation of electrical parameters and the larger the damage area were under the same compression deformation.The electrical parameter variation value of Korla fragrant pear can represent its damage area,and the damage degree of Korla fragrant pear can be represented by its damage area.Moreover,the mathematical equations of the relationship between the electrical parameter variation value and damage area of Korla pear all conform to y=ax^(2)+bx+c model.The model can quantify the damage degree of Korla fragrant pear at different maturity and provide theoretical guidance for the rapid measurement of damage degree of Korla fragrant pear.
