摘　　要：1947年在陕北米脂县杨家沟召开的中央十二月会议是中国共产党在解放战争转折关头召开的一次重要会议,它阐明了党的最基本的政治纲领,提出了“依靠贫农,巩固地联合中农,消灭地主阶级和旧式富农的封建和半封建的剥削制度”的土改总路线和十大军事原则,宣布了中国新民主主义革命的基本经济纲领,要求“整编党的队伍”,为中国共产党团结带领中国人民取得解放战争胜利进而建立中华人民共和国奠定了坚实的政治、军事、群众、经济、领导基础,具有十分重要的历史地位。December Conference is the turning point in the liberation war and an important meeting held in 1947 in Northern Shaanxi,which illuminates the party’s basic platform,puts forward the the general line of land reform of“relying on the poor peasants,strengthening coalition with middle peasants,the landlord class and the feudal and semi-feudal exploitation system old-style rich peasants”and ten military principles.It announced the new China’s basic economic agenda for unity,led the victory of Chinese people’s war of liberation and established the new China,laid a solid political,military,mass,economy and leadership foundation,which has a very important historical position.
