浅析婚姻法律制度中的婚姻无效与撤销制度

摘　　要：进入新时代,随着政治、经济、文化等各领域的快速发展,与之相应的法律制度逐渐完善。在社会发展的进程中,家庭的稳定性决定了社会发展的持久性。家庭的稳定既需要道德手段调整,更需要法律手段保障。从法律角度分析婚姻家庭法律制度中关于婚姻无效与撤销制度的区别与联系,及其婚姻无效与撤销制度设立的意义与完善措施,达到保障婚姻的合法性与稳定性,维护社会的稳定。In the new era,with the rapid development of politics,economy,culture and other fields,the corresponding legal system is gradually improved.In the process of social development,the stability of the family determines the persistence of social development.The stability of the family needs not only the adjustment of moral means,but also the protection of legal means.This paper analyzes the differences and relations between the void marriage and the revocation system in the legal system of marriage and family,and the significance and improvement measures of the establishment of the void marriage and revocation system,so as to ensure the legitimacy and stability of marriage and maintain social stability.
