摘 要:选用全硫和有机硫含硫量均高的新峪焦煤为研究对象,在微波功率为720 W、辐照时间为8 min、煤样孔径为0.15 mm条件下,以2.45 GHz微波辐照为脱硫手段,添加助剂进行微波脱硫实验,研究氧化性、还原性、酸性和碱性这4种助剂的浓度和浸渍时间对全硫脱硫率及煤质特性的影响,得到脱硫的最优条件。对不同浓度助剂处理后的煤样进行形态硫分析,从而达到更佳脱硫效果。研究结果表明:采用氧化性助剂(甲酸-过氧化氢)时,脱硫率随着助剂浓度增加而提升,其中黄铁矿硫最多减少51.76%,而浸渍时间对全硫脱硫率影响较小;采用还原性助剂(氢碘酸)时,全硫脱硫率也随氢碘酸浓度的增加而增加,黄铁矿硫的质量分数最多降低了56.89%,脱硫率总体上随着浸渍时间的增加而增加;酸性助剂(三氟乙酸)浓度对全硫脱硫率影响不大,随着助剂浓度的增加,黄铁矿硫的质量分数最多下降26.9%,有机硫脱除效果不明显,脱硫率随浸渍时间的增加而降低;采用碱性助剂(氨水)时,全硫脱硫率随浸渍时间和助剂浓度增加均呈先增加后降低的趋势,黄铁矿硫的质量分数最多下降47.82%。Xinyu coking coal with high content of total sulfur and organic sulfur was selected as the research object.Under the conditions of microwave power of 720 W,irradiation time of 8 minutes and pore diameter of coal sample of 0.15 mm,2.45 GHz microwave irradiation was used as the desulfurization method and additives were added to carry out the microwave desulfurization experiment..The effects of the concentration of four additives(oxidizing,reducing,acidic and alkaline)and immersion time on the total sulfur desulfurization rate and coal quality characteristics were investigated to obtain the optimal conditions for desulfurizition.Coal samples were analyzed for morphological sulfur so as to achieve better desulfurization results.The research results show that when using oxidizing additives(formic acid-hydrogen peroxide),the desulfurization rate increases with the increase of the concentration of the additives,among which the pyrite sulfur has decreased by up to 51.76%,and the soaking time has a great effect on the total sulfur desulfurization rate.When using a reducing additive(hydroiodic acid),the total sulfur desulfurization rate also increases with the increase of the hydroiodic acid concentration,and the pyrite sulfur decreases by a maximum of 56.89%.The desulfurization rate generally increases with the increase of the immersion time.The concentration of acidic additive(trifluoroacetic acid)has little effect on the total sulfur desulfurization rate.With the increase of the concentration,the pyrite sulfur decreases by up to 26.9%,and the organic sulfur removal effect is not obvious,and the desulfurization rate decreases with the increase of the immersion time.When using alkaline additives(ammonia),the total sulfur desulfurization rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of the immersion time and the concentration of the additives,and the pyrite sulfur has decreased by up to 47.82%.
