摘　　要：为了使水培苗移栽的速度更快、成本更低,实现水培苗移栽的机械化和规模化,对水培苗移栽机的电动底盘结构和动力系统进行了分析。为了达到理想的效果,移栽机电动底盘结构需要满足结构简单、构造轻巧并能根据水培苗的种类达到不同的移栽效果。同时,结合试验与仿真模拟分析,对移栽机的使用效果进行了模拟分析,结果表明:水培苗移栽机电动底盘中的仿形导向结构是移栽机的探测装置,能够实现移栽机自动判断垄高并快速行驶在田间。实际田间对比试验表明:测试的移栽机电动底盘的稳定性能很好,基本满足移栽过程中不出现大的颠簸要求。In order to realize the faster and lower cost of transplanting hydroponic seedlings and the mechanization and scale of realistic hydroponic seedling transplanting, this paper analyzes the electric chassis structure and power system of hydroponic seedling transplanting machine. In general,in order to achieve the desired effect,the electric chassis structure of the transplanter needs to meet the requirements: the structure is simple,the structure is light, and the transplanting effect can be achieved according to the type of the hydroponic seedling.At the same time, this paper combines the experiment and simulation analysis to simulate the effect of the transplanter.The conclusion is drawn that the anti-shaped guiding structure in the electric chassis of the hydroponic seedling transplanting machine is the detecting device of the transplanting machine, which can realize the automatic judgment of the ridge height of the transplanting machine and fast driving in the field.The experiment with the actual field shows that the stability of the electric chassis of the transplanter tested in this paper is very good, and it can basically meet the big bumps during the transplanting process.
