摘  要:我国是甘蔗种植大国,种植区域集中在海南、广西、云南等南方热带地区。甘蔗种植在云南省种植业中占很大比重。云南地形特殊,多丘陵山地,种植坡度在20°左右,土地多为红土壤,土壤粘阻比大,导致现阶段云南地区的甘蔗田间管理大多采用人工松土施肥,或为单一功能的小型农具,机械化程度不高、工作效率低、作业效果不理想。为此,设计了专门用于云南地区的甘蔗旋耕施肥复合机具,与现有旋耕机具相比,增加了施肥功能且旋耕刀针对云南红土壤特点设计为弯刀。同时,运用SoildWorks软件进行三维建模,对旋耕装置进行运动学计算和功耗分析。田间试验表明:样机作业效果得到提升,达到甘蔗种植的农艺要求。China is a big sugarcane planting country, and the planting area is concentrated in the southern tropical regions such as Hainan, Guangxi and Yunnan. Sugarcane planting accounts for a large proportion of planting in Yunnan Province. Yunnan has a special topography and hilly hilly land with a planting slope of about 20°.The land is mostly red soil and the soil viscosity-resistance ratio is large. At this stage, the sugarcane field management in Yunnan is mostly using artificial loose soil fertilization, or a single-function small-scale farm implement. The degree of mechanization is not high, the work efficiency is low,and the work effect is not ideal.This design is specially designed for the sugarcane rotary tillage and fertilization compound machine in Yunnan.Compared with the existing rotary tillage machine, the fertilization function is increased and the rotary cutter is designed as a curved knife for the characteristics of Yunnan red soil.The Soildworks software is used for 3 D modeling.The kinematic calculation and power consumption analysis of the rotary tillage device were carried out. The field test evaluated and verified the performance indexes of the sugar cane rotary tillage fertilizer applicator, and the operation effect was improved to meet the agronomic requirements of sugarcane planting.
