摘　　要：文章介绍佛山市三水区人民医院在医联体建设中通过派驻常驻管理团队和非常驻专家团队轮岗的方式,以特色专科建设为抓手,实施院-科两级医联体和专科联盟相结合模式,帮扶基层卫生院在提升基层医院服务能力等方面所作的努力,并总结该院两年多来医联体建设的经验体会,梳理实施过程中遇到的困难和挑战。The paper introduced the ways in the construction of the medical association in Sanshui People’s Hospital of Foshan City,which included sending the resident management team and the non-resident expert team,implementing the mode of combining hospital-department two-level medical association with the specialty union taking specialty construction as the focus,and helping the grass-roots hospitals improve their service capacity,summarized the experience in the construction of medical associate over the last two years,and sorted out the difficulties and challenges encountered in the implementation process.
