摘　　要：新中国成立以来,我国公共卫生事业取得了诸多成就,但仍面临许多问题。历次重大传染病疫情及本次新冠疫情暴露出了我国医疗机构与疾病预防控制机构的严重分离现象,二者在疫情防控工作中难以高效协作。文章从基层工作实际出发探讨我国医防结合体系建设现状,剖析存在的问题,并提出相应的建议和对策,以期我国公共卫生体系建设得到进一步完善,公共卫生服务和应急处置能力得到加强。Chinese government has made many achievements in public health since 1949.The government still,however,faces lots of challenges.COVID-19 epidemic and previous major infectious disease outbreaks have exposed the problem of separation of Chinese health institutions from centers for disease control and prevention.Therefore,these two institutions can hardly cooperate with high efficiency.This paper discusses the status quo of building a cooperated system for medical treatment and disease prevention,analyses the existing problems,and offers proposals and solutions,so as to improve the system of Chinese public health and enhance capacities of public health services and emergency responses.
