摘  要:目的探讨25G玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗原发性孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)的临床疗效。方法研究对象为2019年1月至2020年7月于我院住院治疗的50例50眼RRD患者。所有患者均明确诊断为RRD,并选择25G三通道玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充术治疗,在3个月内对50例患者进行短期疗效预后随访,统计患者视力矫正以及视网膜复位情况。结果末次随访显示50例患眼视网膜均全部复位,复位率达100%,术后平均矫正视力较术前明显提升,差异具有统计学意义(F=3.846,P<0.05),而术前术后平均眼压水平比较无显著差异(F=1.098,P>0.05);50例患者术后发生高眼压4例(8.00%),无其他不良反应或并发症发生。结论玻璃体切除术联合硅油填充治疗RRD疗效显著且安全性较高,患者视网膜复位成功率较高,具有应用及推广价值。Objetive To investigate the clinical efficacy of 25 g vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade in the treatment of primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD). Methods 50 patients(50 eyes) with RRD were selected from January 2019 to July 2020 in our hospital. All patients were definitely diagnosed as RRD, and they were treated with 25 G three channel vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade. Within 3 months, 50 patients were followed up for short-term curative effect, and the visual acuity correction and retinal reattachment were counted. Results The average corrected visual acuity was significantly improved after operation(F=3.846,P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the mean intraocular pressure level before and after the operation(F=1.098, P >0.05);there were 4 cases(8.00%),with high intraocular pressure after the operation, and no other adverse reactions or complications occurred. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade is an effective and safe treatment for Rrd, and the successful rate of retinal reattachment is high.
