摘　　要：为了探求不同轴向倾斜角θ下截齿三向载荷谱的截割信息,采用HHT和排列熵分析载荷谱所蕴含的能量和随机性截割信息,提出载荷谱均值、排列熵、能量占比e三个指标,获得θ角对截齿三向载荷谱的影响规律。结果表明:随θ角增大,截齿径向、轴向载荷谱均值变化不明显,载荷方向不变,侧向载荷谱均值呈线性增大趋势,载荷方向改变;不同θ角下,径向载荷谱均值约为轴向载荷谱均值的0.61,侧向载荷谱的e呈先增大后减小趋势,三向载荷谱的排列熵整体在0.8~1.0之间,载荷谱的随机性较强。该研究为采煤机截齿的合理布置和高效截割提供了参考。This paper intends to explore the cutting information of the triaxial load spectrum under different axial inclination anglesθ.The study involves introducing two methods,HHT and permutation entropy and extracting the cutting information of the load spectrum from two angles of energy and randomness;and proposing the average value of the load spectrum,permutation entropy and energy ratio e to evaluate the influence law ofθon the triaxial load spectrum.The results show that the increase ofθmesns no obvious change in the mean value of the radial and axial load spectrum of the pick,and no change in the load direction,but a linear increase in the mean value of the lateral load spectrum and a change in the load direction;under differentθ,the mean value of the radial load spectrum is about 0.61 times that of the axial load spectrum;the increase ofθis accompanied by no obviously changing trend of e of by no initial increase and subsequent decrease in the lateral load spectrum;the permutation entropy of the three-direction load spectrum under differentθranges from 0.8 to 1.0 on the whole,and the load spectrum has strong randomness.The research could inform rational arrangement and efficient cutting of shearer’s pick teeth.
