摘  要:为研究外源N-酰基高丝氨酸内酯类化合物对好氧颗粒污泥稳定性的影响,同步运行4组SBAR反应器,其中R1作为空白对照组,在颗粒污泥达到成熟期时,分别向R2、R3和R4中连续投加C10-HSL、C12-HSL和C14-HSL信号分子,监测反应过程中颗粒污泥粒径、沉降性、出水水质及EPS质量分数的变化。结果表明:投加C10-HSL、C12-HSL、C14-HSL信号分子形成的AGS性能均优于空白对照组;投加C12-HSL的AGS稳定性最好,在反应运行至90 d时,其颗粒紧实、沉降性好,平均粒径达到1.44 mm,SVI值为14.6 mL/g,污染物降解能力强,对CODCr、NH+4N和TP的去除率分别达92.8%、72.0%和92.8%,而R1、R2和R4组中颗粒污泥分别在65、70和80 d失稳。C12-HSL可以促进EPS的分泌,稳定期时质量分数达123.92 mg/g,其中TB-EPS对AGS的形成与稳定有重要作用。This paper aims to investigate the influence of exogenous AHLs signal molecules on the stability of aerobic granular sludge.The study consists of simultaneously operating 4 groups of SBAR reactors,in which R1 is used as a blank control group;continuously adding C10-HSL,C12-HSL and C14-HSL signal molecules to R,R3 and R4,when the granular sludge reaches maturity stage;and monitoring the changes of particle size,settleability,effluent quality,and EPS content during the reaction process.The results show that the AGS formed by adding C10-HSL,C12-HSL,and C14-HSL signaling molecules outperforms that of the blank control group;the AGS with C12-HSL exhibits the best stability,in which,when the reaction run to 90 days,there are better performance,and compact and well settled particles,with the average particle size up to 1.44 mm,the SVI value being 14.6 mL/g,resulting in a better pollutant degradation ability,and thus the removal ratios of 92.8%,72.0%and 92.8%respectively for CODCr、NH+4N and TP,while destabilization occurs in the R1、R2 and R4 on the 65th,70th,and 80th days respectively;and exogenous AHLs have a great effect on the secretion of AGS extracellular polymeric substances.C12-HSL could promote the secretion of EPS,leading to the content reaching 123.92 mg/g at stable stage,in which TB-EPS play an important role in the formation and stability of AGS.
