基于“形志一体观”辨治儿童抽动障碍

摘　　要：形、志是人类生命活动最具体的表现形式,贵在协调统一。从“形志一体观”探讨儿童抽动障碍,是在中医五行方法论的指导下,遵循《黄帝内经》之“必先明知其形志之苦乐”的诊查原则,辨识五脏形志之盛衰,抓住形志不和的基本病理,阐释疾病木、火之形常有余,生风携火志易极,水、土之形常不足,久病反复志不坚,以及金实则鸣失承制,气敛气消志难平的病机特点。治疗调护遵循身心同治,形志并调的原则。形不和者,盛者泻之,虚者补之。志不调者,辨五志之极,调和其志,使脏和气畅,形志统一。Body and Emotion are the most concrete forms of human life activities,which are based on coordination and unity.Under the guidance of the methodology of Five Elements of traditional Chinese medicine,tic disorder is discussed from the perspective of integration of form and mind,which follows the diagnostic principle of“knowing the bitterness and happiness of Body and Emotion first”in the“Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic”,and identifies the prosperity and decline of five Zang Organs and Emotion.Based on the basic pathogenesis of disharmony of Body and emotion,the specific pathogenesis of the disease is explained,that is,the form of Wood and Fire is often surplus,the Wind and Fire are easy to generate,and the form of Water and Soil is often Vnsufficient,the long illness repeated will not be firm,as well as the fact that Jin is out of control,Qi convergence and Qi elimination will be difficult.The treatment advocates following the unity of Body and Emotion,treating both Body and Emotion,making the Zang Organs and Qi unobstructed,the Body and Emotion unified,and Body and Emotion harmonious.
