摘　　要：抑郁症是以显著而持久的情绪低落为主要特征的一种常见心境障碍,且具有高发病、高复发、高自杀、高医疗成本的特点,属中医“郁证”“百合病”“脏躁”“梅核气”等范畴,一般认为肝郁属本病的基本病机。成都中医药大学马烈光教授根据自己50余年的临证经验,抓住抑郁症的病因多为情志所伤,脏腑功能失调,病位主要在肝脾两脏的特点,认为抑郁症的基本病机中,不能忽视脾胃的因素,肝郁脾虚为其主要病机。临证更应据其病程久暂,分别以疏肝健脾,疏肝解郁、健脾和营、兼清郁热,滋阴疏肝等为主要原则进行治疗,在临床上取得了良好效果,其经验值得我辈认真学习、应用和推广。Depression is a common mood disorder which is significant and persistent,characterized by high morbidity,high recurrence,high suicide and high medical cost,which belongs to the categories of“Liver-deression syndrome”“lily disorder”“hysteria”“globus hysteriocus”and so on.Liver depression is generally considered to be the basic pathogenesis of depression.According to his more than 50 years of clinical experience,Professor Ma Lieguang from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,grasped that the etiology of depression was mostly emotional injury and dysfunction of the internal organs.Professor Ma often regards Liver and Spleen as the focus to treat the depression,especially the factors of the Spleen and Stomach,and believes that the main pathogenesis for the occurrence of depression lies in deficiency of Liver and Spleen.Based on the length of the disease,the main principles of treatment are soothing the Liver and Strengthening the Spleen,soothing Liver and relieving depression,invigorating Spleen and harmonizing Yinfen,clearing stagnated Heat,nourishing Yin and soothing Liver,etc.This has achieved good clinical results,and its experience is worthwhile for our generation to study seriously.
