针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征随机对照试验的国内外文献质量评价

摘　　要：目的:评估国内外文献中针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT)报告的质量。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(WF)、PubMed数据库中针刺治疗PCOS的RCT文献,检索时间自各数据库建库至2020年4月5日。结果:用国际通用的报告试验综合标准(Consolidated Standards of Reporting of Trials,CONSORT)声明和针刺临床试验中干预措施的国际标准(Standards for Reporting Interventions in Controlled Trials of Acupuncture,STRICTA)指南分析了25个符合条件的随机对照试验,其中中文文献有18篇,英文文献有7篇。在样本量、分配隐藏、盲法、局限性等方面,国内文献报告率不足25%,国外文献报告率为40%以上。在治疗场所和相关信息、援引资料说明对照措施的合理性、治疗师的背景等方面的描述国内文献报告率远低于国外文献,但在针刺细节方面,国内文献的报告优于国外文献。结论:根据CONSORT声明和修订的STRICTA标准,针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征的RCT报告并不完整。国内外的试验作者和期刊编辑均应更规范的使用CONSORT声明和STRICTA指南报告针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征RCT文献。Objective:Evaluation at home and abroad in the literature of acupuncture in the treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)Randomized Controlled trials(Randomized Controlled Trials,RCT)the quality of the report.Methods:RCT literatures on acupuncture for PCOS in CNKI,VIP,WF and PubMed were searched by computer,and the retrieval time was from the establishment date of database to April 5,2020.Results:Twenty-five randomized controlled trials with CONSORT declaration and STRICTA guidelines were analyzed,among which there were 18 Chinese references and 7 English references.In the aspects of sample size,distribution concealment,blind method and limitation,the rate of domestic literature report is less than 25%,and the rate of foreign literature report is more than 40%.The report rate of domestic literature is much lower than that of foreign literature in the description of treatment place and relevant information,citing data to explain the rationality of control measures,therapist’s background and so on,but in acupuncture details,the report of domestic literature is better than that of foreign literature.Conclusion:According to the CONSORT stated and revised STRICTA criteria,the RCT report on acupuncture treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome was incomplete Trial.All authors and journal editors at home and abroad should use CONSORT declaration and STRICTA guidelines to report the RCT literature of acupuncture treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
