摘  要:为提高临时性砌筑烟道在沉管隧道高温火灾试验中的可靠性,通过在烟道内设置水喷淋系统,实现对烟道内热烟气有效降温,并基于FDS软件对火灾试验炉进行模拟分析,研究烟道内温度场分布,指导火灾试验炉建造。结果表明:热烟气经过水喷淋后温度降低700℃,水喷淋对热烟气降温效果良好;烟道排烟通畅,无明显开裂、漏烟现象,可满足非永久性火灾试验要求。In order to improve the reliability of the temporary masonry flue in the high temperature fire test of immersed tube tunnel,the water spray was set in the flue.The temperature distribution of flue gas was studied by numerical simulation of the fire test furnace with FDS,and the construction of the fire test furnace was guided by the simulation results.The test furnace was used for four fire tests and the results showed that the temperature of hot smoke decreased by about 700℃after being cooled by water spray,which verified the good cooling effect of water spray on hot smoke.In addition,the flue exhausted the smoke smoothly during the tests without obvious cracking or leakage,and the flue design can meet the usage requirements of non-permanent fire test.
