摘 要:为更加精准地判定采空区自燃危险区域,对煤自燃极限参数的计算方法进行改进,采用能量守恒微分方程的分析解计算煤自燃所需必要条件的极限值;以内蒙古凯达煤矿为例对该方法进行验证,根据浮煤的物性参数以及采空区环境条件,计算分析46205工作面回风侧采空区煤的自燃危险性;根据采空区漏风条件以及煤自燃所需要的氧浓度值,分析在遗煤较厚的条件下采空区可能发生的煤自燃危险性,划分不同遗煤条件下采空区自燃危险区域。结果表明:采空区实际遗煤厚度无法满足浮煤持续升温的要求,通过分析煤自燃极限参数可知,自然条件下浮煤在升温达到约30℃时其温度不再增加,因此不具有自燃危险性。In order to determine the hazardous areas of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf more accurately,the calculation method of the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion was improved,and the analytical solution of the differential equation of energy conservation was used to calculate the limit values of the necessary conditions for coal spontaneous combustion.The method was verified by taking Kaida coal mine as an example,and according to the physical property parameters of float coal and the environmental conditions of goaf,the spontaneous combustion risk of coal in goaf at the return air side of 46205 working face was calculated and analyzed.In addition,according to the conditions of air leakage in goaf and the oxygen concentration value needed for coal spontaneous combustion,the potential risk of coal spontaneous combustion when the residual coal in goaf was thick was analyzed,and the hazardous areas of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf with different conditions of residual coal were classified.The results showed that the thickness of actual residual coal in goaf could not meet the requirement of continuous heating of float coal.Through the analysis on the limit parameters of coal spontaneous combustion,the temperature of float coal under natural conditions would not increase when the temperature rose to about 30℃,so there was no risk of spontaneous combustion.
