摘 要:以福建省福州市滨海沙地湿地松(Pinus elliottii)人工林为研究对象,采用同位素质谱仪测定不同叶龄(当年生、1年生、2年生)针叶碳氮同位素丰度值(δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N),然后运用δ^(13)C值来估算碳同位素分辨率(Δ^(13)C)和水分利用效率(WUE),研究叶龄对湿地松针叶碳氮稳定同位素组成、Δ^(13)C、WUE的影响,从而为滨海沙地湿地松人工林的科学经营提供依据。结果表明:C3植物湿地松针叶的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、Δ^(13)C、WUE的平均值分别为(-2.9323±0.0897)%、(-0.4752±0.0245)%、(2.1224±0.0944)%和(30.842±5.038)μmol·mol^(-1),但是叶片的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N值均低于全国平均值,而且δ^(15)N值偏负。叶龄对δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、Δ^(13)C、WUE均有显著影响(P<0.05),其中δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N、WUE随叶龄增加而降低,Δ^(13)C随叶龄增加而增加。湿地松针叶的δ^(13)C与δ^(15)N呈极显著线性正相关(y=3.553x-1.244,R2=0.945,P<0.001)。Taking Pinus elliottii Engelamnn plantation in a coastal sandy land of Fuzhou City, Fujian Province as the object and using the isotope mass spectrometers(Thermo Scientific MAT 253, USA), the natural abundance of isotopic carbon and nitrogen(δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N values) in needles were determined at different leaf ages(current year, 1-year-old and 2-year-old foliage), and then the δ^(13)C values were used to estimate the carbon isotope discrimination(Δ^(13)C) and water use efficiency(WUE), and the effects of leaf age on stable carbon and nitrogen isotope composition, Δ^(13)C and WUE of P. elliottii needles were studied. The research significance would provide scientific management of P. elliottii on a sandy coastal soil. The results showed that the average values of δ^(13)C, δ^(15)N, Δ^(13)C and WUE in needles of C3 plant P. elliottii were(-2.932 3±0.089 7)%,(-0.475 2±0.024 5)%,(2.122 4±0.094 4)% and(30.842±5.038)μmol·mol^(-1), respectively. However, the leaf δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N values were all lower than the national average values, and leaf δ^(15)N value tends to be negative. Foliar age had significant influence on δ^(13)C, δ^(15)N, Δ^(13)C and WUE(P<0.05), among which δ^(13)C, δ^(15)N and WUE decrease with the increase of leaf age, and Δ^(13)C increases with the increase of leaf age. There was a significant linear positive correlation between δ^(13)C and δ^(15)N(y=3.553x-1.244, R2=0.945, P<0.001).
