摘 要:为监测光肩星天牛(Anoplophora glabripennis)的发生动态,对有潜在应用前景的诱捕器及诱芯进行了林间诱捕试验。借助标记-释放-回捕法,将引诱剂Ⅰ(1-戊醇)、Ⅱ(2-戊醇)、Ⅲ(引诱剂Ⅰ+雄虫信息素)和Ⅳ(引诱剂Ⅱ+雄虫信息素)分别与褐色改进型飞行拦截挡板式诱捕器组合,调查其对10、20、30 m距离处光肩星天牛的引诱效果;同时参照Peterson方法对样地内光肩星天牛的种群数量进行估算。结果表明:4种引诱剂的有效引诱距离均在30 m以内,20 m内的诱捕效果更佳,建议在实践应用中将诱捕器的间距设置为40~50 m。在样地200 m内的标记释放回捕率为5.14%,占总诱捕量的46.46%,估计样地内光肩星天牛的种群数量为2471头,其中雄虫1382头,雌虫1112头,估算结果与实际情况相近。可见,诱捕剂的诱捕效果较好,可有效监测光肩星天牛雌雄虫的发生动态。In order to monitor the dynamics of Anoplophora glabripennis, traps baited potential effective attractants were evaluated. In the current study, the active trapping distances of the improved "brown intercept panel traps" baited with four different attractant baits [I, II, III(I+male-produced pheromone), and IV(II+male-produced pheromone)] were field tested in Hengshui Lake area, Hebei, via a "mark-release-recapture" technique at 10, 20 and 30 m distances. Our result showed that the attractive distances of these four attractants in the brown intercept panel traps were within 30 m, with ≤20 m being strongly attractive. With 5.14% recapture rate and the Peterson’s Method, we estimated a total of 2 741 adults of A. glabripennis(1 382 males and 1 112 females) within the sample plot, a really high population density for this beetle. Thus, effective attractants-baited traps should have a great potential for better monitoring and controlling the forest pest insect.
