摘 要:为了明确由四川新小滴孢腔菌(Neostagonosporella sichuanensis)引起的水竹(Phyllostachys heteroclada)菱斑病害的发生特点,以及病原菌对药剂的敏感性,基于四川省雅安市雨城区、天全县和芦山县32个样地的野外调查结果,选取3个典型的发病林区,统计病害的病情指数变化,对病原菌生物学特性进行研究,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定6种药剂对病原菌的毒力。结果表明:2016—2017年定点样地的水竹菱斑病病情指数整体呈上升趋势。室内培养的最适培养基为胡萝卜琼脂培养基,最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH为6.0,最适光照条件为交替光,最适碳源为乳糖,最适氮源为牛肉膏。平板药剂防效显示,烯肟·戊唑醇的毒力最强,其EC50值为5.64 mg·L^(-1)。The experiment was conducted to clarify the occurrence characteristics ofrhombic-spot of Phyllostachys heteroclada caused by Neostagonosporella sichuanensis, and the susceptibility of pathogens to chemicals. With a field survey of 32 sample plots in Yucheng District, Tianquan County and Lushan County, Ya’an City in Sichuan Province, 3 typical diseased forest areas were selected to count the changes in disease index. The preliminary studies on the biological characteristics of pathogens was conducted and the virulence of the six agents to pathogens was determined by the hyphae rate method. The field survey results from 2016 to 2017 showed that the disease index of rhombic-spot of P. heteroclada in designated sample plots showed an overall upward trend. The best growth conditions are Carrot Decoction Agar, 25 ℃, pH of 6.0, alternating light, lactose for optimum carbon source, and beef extract for optimum nitrogen source. The drug fenaminstrobin mixed with tebuconazoleis is the best control agent, with an EC50 value of 5.64 mg·L^(-1).
