摘　　要：以Windows 7为平台、SQL2008为数据库软件,使用Word 2010的xlsx数据库,用VS2008中VB语言编程,编制了森林生态效益评价软件系统(FSREERS2020),分别由森林生态效益参数表、6种经典森林生态效益物理量计算、从物理量向货币量的转换、11种广义森林生态效益货币量的计算等模块组成。用黑龙江凉水国家级自然保护区2009年第三次森林经理调查的数据进行了测试,结果显示:黑龙江凉水国家级自然保护区,每年总的森林生态效益为9431万元人民币。Taking Windows 7 as platform, SQL 2008 as database software, using word based on xlsx database of Word 2010 and VB language of VS2008, the software system of forest ecological benefit evaluation(FSREERS2020) was developed. It is composed of calculation modules of forest ecological benefit parameter table, calculation of 6 classical forest ecological benefit physical quantity, conversion from physical quantity to monetary quantity, calculation of 11 kinds of monetary quantity of generalized forest ecological benefit. With the data of the third forest management survey of Liangshui National Nature Reserve in 2009, the annual total forest ecological benefit of Liangshui National Nature Reserve is $94.31 million RMB.
