摘 要:目的研究胡芦巴醇提取物对运动疲劳小鼠的影响。方法按体重将小鼠随机分为5组:对照组、阳性药组和低、中、高3个剂量实验组,每组15只。对照组给予灭菌纯水10 mL·kg^(-1),阳性药组给予西洋参含片625.0 mg·kg^(-1),低、中、高3个剂量实验组给予胡芦巴醇提取物82.5,165.0,330.0 mg·kg^(-1)。每日1次,连续30 d。给药后30 d,记录小鼠负重游泳时间,计算血乳酸曲线下面积AUC,按照试剂盒说明书检测血清尿素氮水平和肌糖原水平。结果对照组、3个剂量(低、中、高)实验组和阳性药组小鼠负重游泳时间分别为(10.83±1.49),(11.79±1.53),(13.58±1.56),(15.15±1.84)和(13.44±1.48) min;这5组小鼠血清尿素氮水平分别为(9.64±1.05),(8.47±1.02),(8.36±0.80),(8.50±0.87)和(7.88±1.14) mmol·L^(-1);这5组小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积(比值)分别为263.94±41.35,248.71±31.20,229.10±26.52,221.09±28.11和222.93±24.94;这5组小鼠肌糖原水平分别为(0.72±0.10),(1.17±0.35),(1.30±0.34),(1.30±0.37)和(1.02±0.15)mg·g^(-1)。阳性药组和中、高2个剂量实验组与对照组比较,小鼠的负重游泳时间均显著延长,血乳酸AUC均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);阳性药组和低、中、高3个剂量实验组与对照组比较,尿素氮水平均显著降低,而肌糖原水平均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中、高2个剂量的胡芦巴醇提取物能有效缓解小鼠运动疲劳。Objective To study the effect of Fenugreek alcohol extract(FAE) on physical fatigue in mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into five groups according to weight: control group(Sterilized water, 10.0 mL·kg^(-1));low, medium, high dose experimental groups(FAE 82.5, 165.0, 330.0 mg·kg^(-1)) and positive drug group(Panax Quinquefolius Buccal Tablet, 625.0 mg·kg^(-1)). Each group had 15 mice, once a day for 30 d. After 30 d administratin, the time of weight loading swimming was recorded;the AUC of blood lactic acid was calculated;Serum urea nitrogen were measured by test kit;muscle glycogen were measured by the test kit.
