摘 要:固态SCR系统技术可以有效地解决储氨密度低,低温环境尿素水溶液启喷时间长及低排温时NO_(x)去除效率低等问题。通过自主搭建的固态SCR系统,对储氨材料Sr(NH_(3))_(8)CI_(2)的氨气吸附和脱附特性进行了研究,并通过TGA、BET、SEM等表征方法分析了SrCI2氨气吸附量衰减的原因。分析表明:吸附结块是导致吸附衰减现象发生的主要原因。制备了SrCI_(2)/活性炭复合吸附剂,通过改善吸附剂的孔隙结构来改善吸附衰减现象。试验结果表明:应用Sr(NH_(3))_(8)CI_(2)/活性炭的固态SCR系统,在180℃的低排温段仍具有81%的NO_(x)去除效率,且氨气启喷时间最短为40 s,性能优于传统Adblue-SCR系统。Solid SCR technology can effectively solve the problems of low ammonia storage density,long start-up time of urea solution and low NO_(x)removal efficiency at low temperature.The ammonia adsorption and desorption characteristics of ammonia storage material Sr(NH_(3))_(8)CI_(2)were studied by self-built solid SCR system,and the causes of ammonia adsorption attenuation of SrCI_(2)were analyzed by means of TGA,BET,SEM and other characterization methods.The results show that the main reason of adsorption attenuation is adsorption agglomeration.SrCISrCI_(2)/activated carbon composite adsorbent was prepared,and the adsorption attenuation phenomenon was improved by improving the pore structure of adsorbent.The experimental results show that the solid SCR system with Sr(NH_(3))_(8)CI_(2)/activated carbon still has 81%NO_(x)removal efficiency at low temperature of 180℃,and the shortest ammonia injection time is 40 s,which is better than the traditional AdBlue-SCR system.
