摘　　要：造成复发性流产的原因很多,仍有一半以上无法明确原因,在病因、预防及治疗方面仍有待探索。MiRNA作为高度保守的非编码小RNA,参与了体内细胞发育、分化、凋亡等过程。研究证实,miRNA不仅参与肿瘤、心脑血管疾病等的发生,还参与卵泡发育、胚胎着床、胎盘-母体血循环等妊娠过程的多个环节。表达异常的miRNA谱不仅可作为生物标记物,且有望成为治疗靶点。本文就miRNA参与不明原因复发性流产的四个方面进行综述,旨在探讨miRNA在不明原因复发性流产中的作用及临床意义。There are many reasons for recurrent spontaneous abortion,but more than half of them are not clear,so the etiology,prevention,and treatment still need to be explored.As a highly conserved non-coding small RNA,miRNA participates in cell development,differentiation and apoptosis,and other processes in vivo.Studies have confirmed that miRNA is not only involved in the occurrence of tumors,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases but also involved in follicular development,embryo implantation,placental-maternal blood circulation,and other aspects of pregnancy.The abnormal miRNA spectrum can not only be used as a biomarker but also as a therapeutic target.This review discusses the four aspects of miRNA involved in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,aiming to explore the role and clinical significance of miRNA in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
