摘　　要：宫颈癌是威胁全球妇女健康及生命的主要恶性肿瘤之一。随着癌症理论的发展和临床耐药性的出现,开发探索高效低毒的抗宫颈癌药物逐渐成为宫颈癌治疗的研究关注点。本文就近年来一些表现出抗宫颈癌作用的天然药物成分多糖、皂苷类、黄酮类、生物碱类对宫颈癌抗肿瘤作用的研究进展及其潜在的药理机制作一综述,以期为开发高效低毒的抗宫颈癌药物提供理论依据。Cervical cancer is one of the main malignant tumors threatening the health and lives of women all over the world.With the development of cancer theory and the emergence of clinical resistance,the development and exploration of anti-cervical cancer drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity had gradually become the focus of cervical cancer treatment.This review summarized the research progress and potential pharmacological mechanisms of some natural medicine ingredients like polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids,etc.,which had shown anti-cervical cancer effects on cervical cancer,thus providing a theoretical basis for the development of anti-cervical cancer drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity.
