摘　　要：三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体A1(ATP binding cassette transporter A1,ABCA1)是一种膜整合蛋白质,在真核细胞中分布广泛,具有多种生物学功能。目前,ABCA1与心血管疾病发生发展的关系已经研究得比较清楚;除此之外,越来越多的研究表明ABCA1与其他代谢性疾病关系密切。本文综述了ABCA1的结构、功能以及在代谢综合征中的调控作用。Adenosine triphosphate binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1)is a membrane-integrated protein that is widely distributed in eukaryotic cells and has different biological functions.At present,the relationship among ABCA1,the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease has been studied clearly.Besides,multiple researches have also shown that ABCA1 is closely connected with other metabolic diseases.The purpose of this review is to sort out the structure and function of ABCA1 and its regulatory role in metabolic syndrome(MS).
