摘 要:技术成熟度是影响科研成果转化为实际生产力的重要因素。基于国内外技术成熟度分级和评价方法的研究现状,梳理了“十三五”水专项产出技术的层级关系,总结了各级技术的成熟度评价方法与流程,并以此为基础针对我国未来环境治理技术的成熟度评价方向提出了重视研制标准与验证条件、增加创新性与价值性评价指标、提高系统集成成熟度评价的公正性与合理性等建议。Technology readiness level is an important factor affecting the transformation of scientific research achievements into actual productivity.Based on the research status of technology readiness level classification and evaluation methods at home and abroad,this paper combed the hierarchical relationship of achievements developed from water special techniques during the 13th Five-Year period,and summarized the technology readiness level assessment methods and processes at all levels.On the basis of this,some suggestions on the future direction of environmental governance technology readiness level assessment in China were also put forward,such as attaching importance to development standards and verification conditions,increasing innovation and value evaluation indexes,as well as improving the fairness and rationality of system integration maturity assessment.
