摘　　要：通过入户访谈和问卷调查的方式,对林业扶贫贡献进行测算,结果显示林下经济对家庭贡献的收益最高,其次是林业生态工程。使用社会科学研究中的多元回归统计,以受访者年龄、林地面积、是否发展林下经济、是否参与其他林业扶贫项目以及是否加入农民专业合作社5个变量实证分析了林业扶贫贡献中农户因素的影响。结果表明,林地面积大小和发展林下经济2个因素对林业扶贫贡献有显著影响。本研究认为国家实施的林下经济政策落实为林业扶贫打下了良好基础,发挥了支撑作用。农民专业合作社是农户拥有社会资本的标志之一。长远来看,把发展林下经济和农民专业合作组织结合起来,充分利用好农户现有的林地,可有效提升林业项目产生的效益,增强林业扶贫的贡献,促进林业产业与生态建设的深度融合。Through household interview and survey,the contribution of forestry to poverty alleviation was estimated.The results showed that undergrowth economy made the significant contribution to the benefits of the household family of the farmers,followed by forest ecological project.The influences of the factors from the household family of the farmers were empirically investigated from five aspects by using multiple linear regression method:age of the interviewer,area of forest managed,involvement situations in undergrowth economic industries,situations of the involvement in other forestry projects for poverty alleviation,and whether to join farmers cooperatives.The results indicated that the forest area managed by the household family of the farmers and involvement of the undergrowth economic industry made the significant contributions to forestry poverty alleviation.The national policy concerning non-timber forest-based economy which has been implemented earlier is believed to be beneficial to forestry approach for this poverty alleviation.Farmer cooperative is one of the indicator of farmers social capital.In a long term,non-timber forest-based economy and farmer cooperative would combine together to jointly address the issues of the forestry industry development and ecological construction,to effectively improve the benefit of forestry project and to enhance the contribution of forestry approach to poverty alleviation.
