摘　　要：本文主要从海洋工程加工设计工时跟踪统计分析、加工设计变更工时分类统计以及加工设计人工定额框架建立等方面进行初步探讨,对工时、定额的跟踪统计的方法以及实际意义进行阐述,能为日常管理提供有力的数据支持,以达到精益化管理的目的。The paper describes how to track man hour and make statistical analysis,the classification of change of working hours,the framework of quota about man hour of the shop design in Offshore Oil Engineering,we elaborate the method and the practical significance of the man hour and quota of shop design,the paper supplies strong data support in daily management,in order to achieve the goal of lean management.
