摘　　要：主要介绍了卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机(以下简称离心机)在谷氨酸提取工艺中的应用。根据国内谷氨酸提取工艺技术的不断改进,不同工艺中物料浓度、能耗、产生废物废水的量等的变化,对离心机的结构功能、技术参数进行改进和技术创新,离心机在谷氨酸提取工艺应用中取得了不错的应用成果。This article mainly introduces the application of decanter in the extraction process of glutamate.According to the continuous improvement of domestic glutamate extraction technology,the change of material concentration,energy consumption and waste water amount in different processes,the structure,function and technical parameters of the centrifuge were improved and the technological innovation was carried out,and good application results were obtained in the application of the centrifuge in the process of glutamate extraction.
