摘 要:注入水配伍性是油田注水开发中非常重要的一个环节。以孤岛采油厂某联合站采出水和其管理区内的生活污水为实验介质,分析了采出水和生活污水的水质成分,评价了两者混合回注的配伍性。实验结果表明,采出水和生活污水在低温时配伍性较好,但在地层高温下存在较重结垢趋势,两者最佳混合比例为1∶1,而且以碳酸钙垢为主,通过加入HEDP膦酸盐类防垢剂可以有效解决两者的不配伍现象,使生活污水和采出水混合回注地层具有可行性。The compatibility of injected water is a very important link in the development of oilfield water injection.Taking the produced water from a combined station of Gudao Oil Production Plant and the domestic sewage in its management area as the experimental medium,the water quality components of produced water and domestic sewage were analyzed,and the compatibility of the mixed reinjection between the two was evaluated.The experimental results show that the compatibility between produced water and domestic sewage is good at low temperature,and the best mixing ratio of the two is 1∶1.However,there is a tendency of heavy scale formation at high temperature,and calcium carbonate scale is the main type.By adding HEDP phosphonate scale inhibitor,the incompatibility between the two can be solved,and it is feasible for domestic sewage and produced water to be mixed back into formation.
