摘　　要：硬脂酰氯是合成新型纸张施胶剂—烷基烯酮二聚体的重要原料,在国内外均有广泛的市场前景和良好的经济价值。笔者总结多个酰氯项目的设计经验,着重介绍了酰氯罐区的设备布置、酰氯罐区管廊和平台的设置、防火堤隔堤的设置以及配管的要点等几个方面,以期对相关领域的设计人员有一定的帮助。Stearoyl chloride is an important raw material for the synthesis of alkyl ketene dimer,a new paper sizing agent.It has broad market prospects and good economic value at home and abroad.The author summarizes the design experience of several acyl chloride projects,and introduces in detail the layout of tank farm,the setting of pipe gallery and platform,the setting of fire dike and partition wall,and the key points of piping in combination with engineering examples,so as to provide some help for designers in relevant fields.
