摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,创新能力是高素质人才的重要特征。基于社会需求,研究生创新能力培养及其质量保障体系的构建方面存在许多问题。从导师、课程体系、培养环境、培养机制四个外部影响因素分析了地方高校化学化工学科研究生创新能力不足的原因,并提出相应的解决措施,以促进化学化工学科研究生创新能力的提升。Innovation is the primary driving force for development.Innovation ability is an important characteristic of high-quality talents.Based on social demand,there are still many problems in the cultivation of innovation ability and construction of quality assurance system.Four external factors:tutors,curriculum system,cultivation environment and cultivation mechanism are analyzed about the reasons for the insufficiency of innovation ability of graduate students in chemistry and chemical engineering in local universities.The corresponding solutions are raised.It is to promote the improvement of the innovation ability of the graduate students of chemistry and chemical subject.
