摘　　要：对产品进行计数和贴标的工作较为繁杂,若完全由人工完成,则不仅效率低,而且劳动强度大。对此,基于可编程序控制器设计了自动贴标机。介绍了这一自动贴标机的结构,对这一自动贴标机进行了静力学分析。这一自动贴标机具有精度高、成本低、抗干扰能力强、故障率低、操作维护及后期保养简单等特点,具有良好的应用价值。The work of counting and labeling products is complicated.If it is completely done manually,it is not only inefficient,but also labor intensive.In this regard,an automatic labeling machine was designed based on PLC.The structure of this automatic labeling machine was introduced,and the statics analysis of this automatic labeling machine was carried out.This automatic labeling machine has the characteristics of high precision,low cost,strong anti-interference ability,low failure rate,simple operating maintenance and subsequent maintenance,and has good application value.
