摘  要:以温度计套管为研究对象,对温度计套管强度的影响因素进行分析。通过单轴拉伸试验,比较不同焊接质量温度计套管的拉伸强度,确认焊缝饱满的温度计套管,拉伸强度相对较高。基于流固耦合方法,应用有限元分析软件比较不同流场速度下温度计套管的等效应力。与此同时,对不同长度温度计套管的固有频率进行了分析,并计算了漩涡脱落频率。Taking the thermometer socket as the research object,the factors affecting the strength of the thermometer socket were analyzed.Through uniaxial tensile test,the tensile strength of different welding quality of thermometer sockets were compared.It confirms that the thermometer socket with full weld seam has relatively higher tensile strength.Based on the fluid-solid coupling method,the finite element analysis software was used to compare the equivalent stress of the thermometer socket under different flow-field velocity.At the same time,the natural frequencies of thermometer sockets with different length were analyzed,and the vortex shedding frequency was calculated.
