摘　　要：目的尝试理清射箭运动员的肩关节损伤特征,为减少或预防损伤的发生提供参考。方法利用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法对国内外针对射箭肩关节损伤的研究进行了整理,从损伤率、损伤类型、损伤机制、损伤症状、损伤的危险因素五个方面进行了述评。结论1)肩关节损伤率很高,基本保持在40%以上;2)主要损伤类型为肩峰撞击综合征,由原发性和继发性撞击所引起;3)肩峰形态异常、技术粗糙、反复的肩关节运动在损伤的发生中起着重要作用;4)损伤后的症状为疼痛、肩关节力量及活动度下降、运动学特征改变;5)损伤的危险因素包括双臂功能及生理特征差异、性别差异、不同训练阶段及训练水平等因素。Objective:To clarify the characteristics of shoulder joint injury of archers and provide reference for reducing or preventing the injury.Methods:The research on archery shoulder joint injury at home and abroad was reviewed from five aspects:injury rate,injury type,injury mechanism,injury symptom and risk factors.Conclusions:1)The injury rate of shoulder joint is very high,basically keeping above 40%;2)The main injury type is acromial impingement syndrome,which is caused by primary and secondary impingement;3)Abnormal shape of acromion,rough technique and repeated shoulder joint movement play an important role in the occurrence of injury;4)Symptoms after injury include pain,decreased shoulder joint strength and range of motion,and changes in kinematic characteristics;5)Risk factors of injury include differences in the function and physiological characteristics of both arms,gender differences,different training stages and training levels,etc.
