马太效应视域下CUBA联赛发展困境及优化策略

摘　　要：在CUBA联赛系列改革的背景下,对CUBA联赛的马太效应现象进行探究。运用文献分析、观察法、逻辑分析等方法对CUBA联赛"强队越强,弱队越弱"的现象进行分析。研究结果表明CUBA联赛正面临赛制体系助强凌弱、球队缺乏专业管理、学生球员发展不佳、比赛经费获取单一等发展困境。建议从马太效应视域提出重基层激活力赛制改革、大体协介入球队的管理、学生球员的培育新措施、省属企业赞助有利融入等优化策略,希冀CUBA联赛能够有效改善"强队越强,弱队越弱"的尴尬窘境,推进我国大学生篮球竞技水平的发展。Under the background of CUBA series reform,the Matthew effect phenomenon of CUBA league is explored. The phenomenon of "the strong team becomes stronger,the weak becomes weaker"is analyzed by means of literature analysis,observation and logic analysis. The results show that CUBA is facing some difficulties,such as the competition system is conducive to strong teams,the teams lack professional management,the poor development of student players,and the single access to competition funds. From the perspective of Matthew effect,this paper puts forward some optimization strategies,such as paying attention to the reform of grass-roots competition system,involving FUSC in team management,implementing new measures to cultivate student players,and integrating provincial enterprise sponsorship. The purpose is to make CUBA effectively improve the current embarrassing situation and promote the improvement of college students ’ basketball competitive level.
