摘 要:利用文献计量工具CiteSpace和书目共现分析系统(bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder,BICOMB)对2000—2020年CNKI数据库中收录的大规模个性化定制研究的相关文献进行可视化分析,绘制其关键词共现、知识聚类、时区图等图谱,归纳大规模个性化定制研究的关键技术和演变历程。研究发现:大规模个性化定制领域已有一定的理论成果,并在服装、家电等行业进行了实践验证,但研究主要集中在配置设计和模块化上,前沿分支较少;其关键技术有客户需求获取、配置设计、产品平台以及模块化;明确其演化路径是以大规模定制为载体发展为智能制造下的特色分支,依托智能制造技术加深定制程度,实现真正意义上的大规模个性化定制。Bibliometric tools CiteSpace and BICOMB were used to analyze the relevant literature on mass personalization visually which were published from year 2000 to 2020 in CNKI database,and knowledge graphs such as keyword co-occurrence,knowledge clustering,time zone map were drawn.The key technologies and evolutionary of mass personalization were summarized.In the field of mass personalization,the researchers have achieved some theoretical research results,which has been verified in industries successfully,but these researches are more concentrated on one or two fields such as configuration design,modularization,with few frontier branches.The key technologies of mass personalization include customer demand acquisition,configuration design,product platform and modularization etc.It is clear that the evolutionary path of mass personalization is based on mass customization as a carrier to develop a special branch of intelligent manufacturing,relying on the technology of intelligent manufacturing to deepen the degree of customization,and then realize the really mass personal customization.
